POC Structure Overview

Hardal offers two distinct client paths with tailored POC approaches:

Low Tier (Basic, Pro) High Tier (Premium, Enterprise)
Trial Period 15 days 30 days
Payment Method Credit Card Preferred (Invoice is optional in Pro & Premium) Invoice-based
Setup No access requested No access requested

1. Low Tier Clients (Basic, Pro)

1.1 Trial Structure

  • Duration: 15-day trial period
  • Setup Requirements: No access requested but guided by Customer Success
  • Payment Processing:
    • Credit card information collected at the beginning of the trial
    • First payment processed automatically when the trial period ends
    • Recurring billing every 30 days thereafter

1.2 Setup Process

  1. Initial Onboarding:
    • Collect client's essential tracking requirements
    • Establish necessary data connections
    • Provide access to the dashboard
  2. Implementation Focus:
    • Configure core tracking parameters
    • Set up essential integrations
    • Enable basic reporting capabilities
  3. DNS Implementation:
    • Positioned as an optional value-add
    • Can be implemented at any point after the initial setup
    • Should be presented as an enhancement

1.3 Trial-to-Paid Conversion

  • Check-in on day 10
  • Review initial results and implementation success
  • Address any concerns before automatic billing begins
  • Confirm continuation
  • Focus on Connections & Dashboard

2. High Tier Clients (Premium, Enterprise)

2.1 Trial Structure

  • Duration: 30-day comprehensive evaluation
  • Setup Requirements: Tailored implementation plan
  • Payment Processing:
    • No credit card required
    • Invoice-based billing begins immediately after POC

2.2 Enterprise POC Process

  1. Discovery & Scoping:
    • Detailed assessment of tracking needs
    • Identification of key stakeholders
    • Documentation of success criteria
  2. Implementation:
    • Regular status updates
    • Technical guidance and support throughout the process
  3. Evaluation:
    • Structured review at POC conclusion
    • Presentation of insights and value delivered

2.3 DNS Implementation

  • Not included in initial Enterprise POC
  • Presented as part of the detailed post-POC implementation
  • Value proposition clearly articulated in terms of performance and data ownership
