This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines our approach to refunds for Hardal (the “Service”).

Refund Eligibility

1.1 Our Service is provided on a subscription basis, and refunds are generally not available once your subscription has been activated.

1.2 However, if you experience technical issues with the Service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

2.1 If we determine that you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full amount of your subscription fee to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

2.2 Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Canceling Your Subscription

3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@usehardal.com

3.2 If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

3.3 If you cancel your subscription after the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be eligible for a refund for that billing cycle.
