The Hardal Timeline
Weekend Project (June 2022)
Barış and Berkay started working on Hardal as a weekend project. It was focused on web3 analytics actually! We still believe in the idea, but the market is not ready for it yet.
Official Launch (February 2023)
Hardal was officially incorporated in Turkey, transforming from a project into a real company.
Switch in Direction (August 2023)
Although still believing in the idea, realized the market is not ready for it. Focused on web2 analytics, server-side and first-party data.
First Client (November 2023)
After months of development, we landed our first paying customer.
Growing Fast (April 2024)
Couple of months later, we reached our first 10 clients.
Our First "Company" Trip (June 2024)
We visited a friend's wedding in Konya
Our Second "Company" Offsite (June 2024)
We went to Kadıköy to have a team offsite. It was a great time to bond and plan the future.
Six Figures (July 2024)
We started the Q3 by surpassing $100,000 in ARR
Team Expansion (August 2024)
All these clients started getting hard to manage. Our team grew to 5 people, bringing new skills and perspectives
Client Milestone (November 2024)
One year after our first client, we hit 20 clients and counting!
200s (December 2024)
We closed 2024 by surpassing $200,000 in ARR!
