There is no honest JENTIS price table to reproduce.
The current pricing page lists three plans and puts a “Get Price” button under each one. It does not publish a starting fee, usage unit, allowance, overage rate, or annual discount.
What the page does show is which capabilities move the quote from Core to Professional to Enterprise. That, plus what comparable tools charge in public, is as close to a JENTIS price as anyone outside a sales call can get.
All plan information below was checked against the official JENTIS pricing page in August 2026. JENTIS provides the actual price and contract terms through sales.
JENTIS pricing plans in 2026
| Plan | Published price | Intended scope |
|---|---|---|
| Core | Custom quote | Hybrid tag management and server-side tracking for small and medium websites |
| Professional | Custom quote | Multi-domain and mobile collection with activation and enrichment |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Group-wide governance, support, and dedicated infrastructure |
JENTIS publishes the plan names but not the numbers. Compare the scope first, because a Core quote and an Enterprise quote are different purchases even if both say JENTIS at the top.
What JENTIS Core includes
Core covers the collection and delivery layer:
- Hybrid Tag Management
- Server-Side Tracking
- Ad Blocker Recovery
- Cookie Lifetime Extender
- Essential Mode
- Real-Time Data Streaming
- Unlimited Data Destinations
- Governance and compliance controls
- Managed infrastructure
Core already goes beyond a bare container host.
Hybrid tag management lets a team run client-side and server-side logic under one system. Essential Mode supports anonymized measurement for visitors who do not grant consent, subject to the team's legal assessment and configuration.
Unlimited destinations removes one common pricing penalty. The charge still sits on the data coming in, and JENTIS does not say what unit it counts there.
What Professional adds
JENTIS marks Professional as its popular tier and adds:
- AI Conversion Activation
- Real-time data enrichment
- Raw data access
- Multi-container management
- Mobile App SDK
- Cloud choice
- Dedicated customer success manager
- Priority support
Professional is the first tier with raw data, multi-container management, mobile support, and cloud choice.
Raw data lets a warehouse or data team reuse the collected events, while multi-container management covers several brands, regions, or properties. The Mobile App SDK expands the implementation beyond websites. Cloud choice and a named success manager change the operating model.
Any of these requirements put Professional into the comparison from the start.
What Enterprise adds
Enterprise adds organization and infrastructure controls:
- Single sign-on
- Enterprise SLA
- Enterprise support
- Professional services
- Dedicated solution architect
- MCC account management
- Dedicated infrastructure
These features serve a central team governing tracking across brands, subsidiaries, or clients. Core already lists managed infrastructure, while Enterprise makes that infrastructure dedicated.
Ask whether dedicated infrastructure changes hosting regions, data isolation, scaling limits, maintenance responsibilities, or disaster recovery terms. “Dedicated” is not a complete architecture description.
What the public pricing page does not say
JENTIS does not publish:
- A starting monthly or annual fee
- The usage unit used in the quote
- Included event or request volume
- Overage rates
- Included websites, domains, containers, or apps
- Data retention limits
- Contract length or annual discount
- Trial terms
- Implementation fees
- Prices for services or dedicated infrastructure
Do not fill those gaps with assumptions from another server-side vendor. One platform may count incoming HTTP requests. Another may count events, sessions, visitors, or compute. The unit changes the result more than the currency.
You may also find older JENTIS prices in search results and archived comparisons. The current official page does not confirm them. Treat them as historical until JENTIS puts the amount into a current quote.
What the rest of the category publishes
A JENTIS quote has to be judged against something. This is what the comparable tools state in public:
| Vendor | Published entry price | Metered unit | What that price covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| JENTIS | None | Not published | Hybrid tag management and server-side collection |
| Stape | $17/month for 500K requests | Requests | Hosted server-side GTM |
| Addingwell | €90/month for 1M requests | Requests | Hosted server-side GTM, free up to 100K |
| Piwik PRO | €36/month | Actions | Analytics, tag manager, consent, activation |
| Twilio Segment | $120/month for 10,000 MTUs | Monthly tracked users | Connections only |
| Tealium | $1,000/month, billed annually | Compute | Cloud data activation, not web or mobile collection |
| Hardal | $249/month for 5M events | Events | Collection, delivery, analytics, attribution |
Figures checked against each vendor's public pricing page in August 2026. Full workings in the Stape, Addingwell, Piwik PRO, Segment, and Tealium guides.
The units are not interchangeable. A request is not an MTU, an action is not an event, and none of them are compute, so the table does not rank anything.
The range is still useful. Managed server-side collection runs publicly from roughly $20 a month at low volume to about $250 at five million events with analytics included. Full enterprise data platforms start in the four figures. A JENTIS quote landing far outside that range deserves an explanation of which capability puts it there.
To get a comparable number, give JENTIS the same workload you give everyone else: monthly and peak traffic, expected events, brands and domains, web and mobile apps, required destinations, consent requirements, raw-data needs, cloud region, environments, and support expectations. Then ask for the total and the calculation behind it. A quote that cannot name its usage unit cannot be compared with anything in the table above.
Costs outside the JENTIS quote
JENTIS improves the data sent to other tools. Those tools still have their own subscriptions.
A complete stack can include:
- JENTIS collection and tag management
- An analytics platform such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude
- A warehouse and its compute bill
- Attribution or marketing mix tools
- A consent management platform
- Advertising, CRM, and lifecycle destinations
- Implementation and ongoing tagging work
JENTIS includes governance and consent-aware collection features, but it is not positioned as the marketer's reporting interface. Put the connected analytics and attribution products beside the JENTIS quote before comparing a whole-stack offer.
When JENTIS is the right call
JENTIS fits a team replacing a large client-side tag setup while keeping established analytics and advertising tools.
Its strengths are hybrid tag management, managed server-side infrastructure, consent-aware collection, ad blocker recovery, and a destination catalog. Professional adds raw data, enrichment, mobile, and multi-container management. Enterprise supports group-wide control and dedicated infrastructure.
JENTIS owns collection and delivery. Specialist tools own analysis, attribution, CRM, and media execution.
How Hardal compares
One governed first-party event stream feeds advertising APIs, analytics tools, warehouses, CRM systems, and custom endpoints. Hardal includes web and mobile analytics and attribution, along with managed sGTM and gateway options. Enterprise customers can self-host.
Hardal publishes plans starting at $249 per month for 5 million events. JENTIS uses custom quotes and does not publish its billing unit, leaving no common unit for a direct price comparison.
Choose JENTIS for hybrid tag management and consent-aware managed collection when the reporting stack is already settled. Choose Hardal when marketers want collection, measurement, attribution, and destination delivery under one product.

The short version
JENTIS costs whatever JENTIS quotes. No starting fee, billing unit, allowance, overage rate, or contract term is public, and older prices circulating in comparison articles are not confirmed by the current page.
Quote-only pricing is normal for consent-aware managed collection sold with implementation support, and JENTIS is a strong product in that category: hybrid tag management, ad blocker recovery, cookie lifetime extension, and Essential Mode are real capabilities that a hosted container alone does not provide.
You cannot budget for JENTIS from a web page, so build the workload spec before the first call. And because the tools it competes with do publish rates, you can walk into that call knowing what the alternatives charge.
