How Multinet Up Recovered Lost Traffic and Conversions with Hardal
How Multinet Up recovered traffic lost to Safari ITP and gained full marketing data visibility with Hardal first-party, server-side measurement.

Multinet Up, Turkey's leading corporate payment solutions and employee benefits platform, gained full visibility into its marketing data using Hardal's first-party, server-side measurement approach.
The Challenge
Multinet Up managed digital marketing investments across multiple products, including the MultiNet meal card, MultiPetrol corporate fuel solution, MultiGift corporate gift card, and MultiTravel corporate travel solution, using client-side measurement data. However, this model was creating an increasingly large blind spot:
- Data loss from Safari and iOS: Apple's ITP restrictions excluded a significant portion of Safari users from measurement
- Fragmented browser breakdown: Traffic from Android WebView, in-app Safari, and alternative browsers blurred the overall picture of user behavior
- Unidentified traffic: User segments that never appeared in measurement at all represented a genuinely significant volume
- Incomplete lead measurement: Application performance by product was being reported lower than what was actually being generated
Why Hardal?
By deploying Hardal's first-party, server-side measurement infrastructure, Multinet Up eliminated the limitations of browser-dependent measurement:
- Server-side data collection: Consistent measurement independent of browser restrictions and ad blockers
- First-party data ownership: All measurement data collected within Multinet Up's own infrastructure, in compliance with KVKK (Turkey's data protection law)
- Complete user visibility: Capturing traffic that previously remained "unidentified" or went unmeasured entirely
- Product-level lead validation: Auditable, consistent conversion measurement for each product
Results Achieved
Increase in User Visibility
- 33.5% more visible users among Safari users, the clearest evidence of recovering data lost to ITP
- 25.8% higher user visibility on Chrome
- The "unidentified" user segment, previously almost invisible to measurement, emerged as a meaningful traffic layer
Measurement Performance
- 11.5% increase in pageview measurement, capturing every page view in full
- 5% increase in total application capture, recovering conversions previously lost to browser restrictions
- Consistent results across all product lines, validating data reliability at the product level as well
Business Impact
- True performance visibility: Marketing decisions are now based on complete data
- Product-level optimization: Clear measurement of how many leads each product actually generates
- Browser-independent measurement: Safari and iOS updates no longer create blind spots in reporting
- Future-ready infrastructure: A sustainable measurement model resilient to privacy updates and browser restrictions
