Two sides, two founders. Growth and Business Ops sit with the CEO. Product and Tech sit with the CTO. Some roles are still open. Red nodes are recently filled or still settling.
The Customer Engineer role is support-first and stays close to Product. It can also do expansion, so it has a dotted line to Revenue.
