Marketing Designer

About the Role

Hardal is a server-side measurement platform helping marketing and data teams take back control of their analytics. We're looking for a Marketing Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals and make everything we ship look and feel intentional.

This is a hands-on role. You'll own the visual output across every surface we touch from playbooks and ebooks to ad creatives and social posts. If it has pixels, it goes through you.

What You'll Work On

• PDFs, Ebooks & Playbooks long-form designed documents that educate our audience and generate leads
• Ads static and animated creatives for paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
• Website landing pages, banners, and visual assets in collaboration with engineering
• Social Media post designs, covers, and all relevant templates across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Presentations pitch decks, investor updates, event slides, and internal docs
• Email newsletter layouts and campaign visuals

Requirements

• Figma is a must all your work lives in Figma
• Adobe InDesign is a plus for ebooks and playbooks
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or brand design
• Comfortable moving fast we ship often and the work is always changing
• Able to work independently and take a brief from "we need this" to finished asset
• Portfolio showing a range of work: documents, social, ads, and/or web

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS companies
• Motion design or basic animation skills like Remotion, Lottie, etc.
• Familiarity with analytics, martech, or privacy-related content
