About the Role
Hardal is your new measurement analytics stack with server-side, first-party, and privacy-focused.
As a Full-cycle Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle - from the first outreach to a live client on Hardal. You will not hand off to anyone. You prospect, qualify, demo, close, and stay through onboarding until the client sees value.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own outbound pipeline targeting mid-market and enterprise brands in Turkey
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations end-to-end
- Own the proposal and contract process without waiting for hand-holding
- Work directly with the founding team to sharpen messaging and positioning based on real sales conversations
- Represent Hardal at industry events, meetups, and in the Turkish martech ecosystem
- Manage client relationships through onboarding until successful activation
- Feed market intelligence back into the product and growth teams
- Hit and report against a clear revenue target every month
If your last role was generating pipeline for someone else to close, this is not for you.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing enterprise B2B deals (you can name the contracts, the values, the cycle lengths)
- Deep familiarity with the Turkish digital marketing and martech landscape
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CMOs, CTOs, and procurement
- Basic understanding of martech, analytics, or data infrastructure (you do not need to be a developer, but you cannot be lost in a technical conversation)
- High-agency mindset - you do not wait for leads to show up, you generate them
- Excellent Turkish and strong English (written and spoken)
