About the Role
Hardal is an all-in-one server-side and first-party measurement environment platform.. You will have the opportunity to work on Hardal and contribute to the growth of our company through strategic partnerships.
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and monetizing our partner ecosystem from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a partner network of 50+ strategic partners from scratch
- Drive meaningful ARR through partner channels and co-selling motions
- Enable partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to successfully sell and implement Hardal
- Move fast and close deals — no bureaucracy, no dragging processes, just action and results
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across agencies, system integrators, and complementary martech vendors
- Develop partner programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing initiatives
- Track partner performance metrics and optimize the ecosystem for maximum revenue impact
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless partner experience
Requirements
- Proven experience building partner networks from zero to 50+ active partners
- Demonstrated track record of generating ARR through partner channels
- Action-oriented mindset — you close deals quickly and don't let processes drag
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority
- Experience enabling and training partners at scale
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) — you'll be working with international partners
- Knowledge of the martech ecosystem is a strong plus
- Startup mentality: comfortable with ambiguity and building programs from scratch
