About the Role

Hardal is a server-side, first-party, privacy-focused marketing analytics platform built for mid-market and enterprise brands that need accurate data without depending on broken browser-side tracking.

We're expanding into Europe. As our first Account Executive within the region, you won't be walking into a ready pipeline. You'll build it — across markets, from scratch. From the first cold outreach to a live client on Hardal, everything is yours: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, onboard.

This is a founding role in a new geography. Real ownership, direct access to the founding team, and the chance to define how Hardal enters and scales across Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Hardal's European pipeline — identify the right markets, the right verticals, and the right buyers

  • Target mid-market and enterprise brands in digital-heavy verticals (e-commerce, retail, media, fintech)

  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations end-to-end

  • Own the full proposal and contract process

  • Work directly with the founding team to develop EU-specific messaging and positioning

  • Represent Hardal in the European martech ecosystem — events, communities, networks

  • Manage client relationships through onboarding until successful activation

  • Feed European market intelligence back to product and growth teams

  • Hit a clear monthly revenue target and report transparently against it

  • If your last role was generating pipeline for someone else to close, this isn't for you.

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven track record of closing B2B SaaS deals in European markets — you can name the contracts, the values, the cycle lengths

  • Based in Europe (CET/CEST timezone)

  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CMOs, CTOs, and procurement teams

  • Solid understanding of martech, analytics, or data infrastructure — you don't need to be a developer, but you can't be lost in a technical conversation

  • High-agency mindset — you don't wait for leads, you generate them

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a strong plus
