Finance & Operations Manager

About the Role

Hardal is a privacy-first server-side analytics and marketing measurement platform, and we're growing fast.

You'll own the full financial and operational backbone of the company. From day-to-day accounting to investor-ready models, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

Finance (80%)

• Design and implement comprehensive financial reporting systems from scratch
• Perform detailed customer cost analysis and unit economics modeling
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations
• Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting
• Create monthly and quarterly budgets and track performance against targets with the founding team
• Ensure financial compliance and prepare for future audits
• Build automated reporting dashboards for real-time financial insights
• Support fundraising activities with investor-ready financial models

Operations (20%)

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (GDPR, KVKK)
• Handle office and facilities management for any physical locations

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 2–3 years of hands-on finance experience, preferably in startups or scale-ups
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Paraşüt, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Have experience in US & TR-based accounting
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Experience building financial processes and reporting from scratch
• Comfort working directly with co-founders and external stakeholders (investors, auditors, banks)
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in SaaS or MarTech companies
• Knowledge of subscription-based business models and SaaS metrics
• Financial systems implementation experience
• Understanding of server-side tracking and digital marketing (don't worry, we'll teach you!)
