Hardal doesn't recover historical data. Instead, it eliminates measurement obstacles from safe browsers (like Safari) and ad-blockers, allowing you to measure data that exists but was previously unmeasurable. For example, increased conversions reported after Meta CAPI setup are not newly gained conversions but existing ones that can now be properly identified and measured.
